Experience the
Healing Power of Oxygen
Breathe Deep. Heal Fully.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared medical treatment that enhances the body’s natural healing processes. By delivering 100% oxygen at greater-than-normal atmospheric pressure, HBOT allows oxygen to dissolve more effectively into the bloodstream, tissues, and fluids—promoting faster recovery and optimized wellness.
What you can expect
Your session will take place in a state-of-the-art hard hyperbaric chamber, similar to those used in hospitals and advanced clinical settings. These chambers allow for deeper pressurization (typically 1.5–2.0 ATA), delivering a higher dose of oxygen to your tissues—making them ideal for both medical and advanced wellness applications.
Here’s what to expect:
Sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes
You’ll relax in a comfortable, climate-controlled chamber
You’ll breathe 100% medical-grade oxygen through a nasal canula.
A trained technician will remain in contact with you throughout
Most clients find the experience calming, restorative, and surprisingly easy. Many nap, listen to music, or simply enjoy the time to reset.
How it works
Under normal conditions, only red blood cells carry oxygen throughout the body. But during hyperbaric oxygen therapy, the increased pressure causes oxygen to dissolve directly into all bodily fluids—including plasma, lymph, cerebrospinal fluid, and intracellular fluids—allowing it to reach areas with limited or blocked blood flow.
This flood of oxygen helps:
Accelerate tissue repair and regeneration
Reduce inflammation and swelling
Stimulate the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis)
Combat infection and enhance immune response
Support neurological function and cellular metabolism
Clinically Researched. Clinically Approved.
HBOT is widely used for a range of medical and wellness applications, including:
Wound healing and post-surgical recovery
Chronic fatigue and long COVID symptoms
Traumatic brain injury and concussion support
Lyme disease and autoimmune conditions
Athletic performance and muscle recovery
Cognitive function and anti-aging support
FAQs
Why oxygen matters
Every cell in your body relies on oxygen to function, repair, and thrive. But stress, illness, aging, and injury can all compromise your body’s oxygen supply. HBOT offers a natural and scientifically proven way to restore that balance—flooding your system with what it needs most to heal: oxygen.
-
Very safe. Our clinic uses FDA-cleared, medical-grade hard chambers—the same technology trusted in hospitals and wound care centers. These chambers allow for deeper oxygen penetration and are designed with multiple safety features, including controlled pressurization and emergency depressurization systems.
-
Every session is supervised by a trained technician or medical staff member. You’ll be able to communicate throughout your time in the chamber, and we conduct a full intake process beforehand to ensure the treatment is appropriate and safe for your needs.
-
Most clients experience no side effects. Occasionally, people report mild ear pressure or temporary fatigue following treatment but most experience an uptick in energy. Serious risks are rare and are further minimized by proper screening and professional supervision.
-
While HBOT is safe for most people, certain conditions—like untreated pneumothorax, certain lung disorders, or active fever—may be contraindications. Our team will go over your health history during the intake process to determine if HBOT is right for you.
-
It’s a common concern—and we’re here to help. While our hard chamber is enclosed to maintain pressure, it’s spacious enough to sit or lie comfortably, with a large clear windows that let in light and allow you to see out.
Here’s how we support clients with claustrophobia:
Pre-session orientation so you know what to expect
Constant two-way communication with our technician during your session
Options to listen to music, meditate, or follow calming breathwork
A calm, trauma-informed environment where you are always in control
Many clients with mild to moderate claustrophobia are surprised by how comfortable they feel once inside. But come and try it for yourself. we offer a free 15 minute session so that y ou can get a sense of the space.
-
No, you cannot get stuck. Our hard hyperbaric chamber is designed with multiple safety mechanisms and is always monitored by trained staff throughout your session.
The door cannot lock from the inside.
The chamber can be depressurized quickly and safely if you need to exit.
You will have two-way communication with our technician at all times.
In the rare event of discomfort or urgency, we can pause and safely stop the session at any point.
Your comfort and safety are our top priority. You’re never alone, and you’re never trapped.
-
While Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is safe for most people, there are a few medical contraindications that may prevent someone from using the chamber. These include:
Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
Certain types of lung disease or air trapping conditions (e.g., COPD with CO₂ retention)
Recent ear surgery or active sinus infections
Severe claustrophobia that cannot be managed with support
Fever, cold, or upper respiratory infection at the time of session
Ongoing chemotherapy with specific agents (such as bleomycin, doxorubicin, or cisplatin)
History of seizures not well controlled by medication
Certain uncontrolled heart or circulatory conditions
We conduct a full intake before beginning any treatment. If you're unsure whether HBOT is right for you, our team will review your medical history and, if needed, collaborate with your healthcare provider.
-
It depends on your specific goals and health needs. Here's a general guide:
Acute recovery (injury, surgery, fatigue): 5–10 sessions
Chronic or complex conditions (neurological issues, Lyme, long COVID): 20–40+ sessions
Optimizing performance, cognition, or aging: Ongoing support with weekly or monthly sessions
Because HBOT is cumulative, results tend to build over time. Most people begin to notice improvements after a few sessions, with deeper healing occurring over the course of a full protocol.
We'll work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your body, condition, and capacity.
-
Yes. Because we operate a medical-grade hard hyperbaric chamber, a prescription is required to begin treatment.
If you don’t already have one, don’t worry—we can facilitate this for you through our in-house provider or collaborating physician. This ensures HBOT is safe, appropriate, and tailored to your needs.
The prescription process is quick and straightforward, and it helps us uphold the highest standard of care for all clients.
